wouldn't you know it I was lurking a few blogs trying to expend some nervous energy before I leave for my trip tomorrow and Patsy had a great list of various things and then said the Blogger Moms were tagged. So......

10 YEARS AGO....

I was still in my twenties...WOW! 29 to be exact. I only had two of my four children and Jr. High, High School and my kids driving seemed a world away. I had just finished the first of 3 major remodels my house has had. Our old dog Nala was still a young pup and Ace wasn't even born yet. Our cat Oliver was the newest pet member of the family. Troy was working with his family and had to go to an office in Salt Lake everyday for his job.

5 THINGS ON MY LIST

1. finish packing suitcases for my trip
2. type a schedule for my mother-in-laws so they know whats going on this week while were gone.
3. make sure all the carpools are set up this week for my kids while I'm gone
4. remind myself I need to be excited about leaving and being on vacation
5. tell my kids I love them

SNACKS THAT I ENJOY

1. I was Assistant Manager at Susie's Casuals in Cross Roads Mall
2. I've worked at Zale's Jewelers
3. I've been an Administrative Assistant for an accounting firm (favorite job)
4. I've been an Office Manager for Dr. DeDecker
5. I used to have to balance all the days business for United Savings Bank and send the totals to the Federal Reserve Bank in SLC.

5 THINGS YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT ME

1. I was voted "Best Eyes" in high school
2. I was a J.V. Cheerleader at Bountiful High (Linda Smoot (Taylor) was one of the outgoing cheerleaders who help critique my group to get us ready for try-outs)
3. My last name was Carlson before I met and married Troy (no we weren't related no matter what you say about our kids!)
4. I graduated from LDS Business College with High Honors and an Associates Degree in Fashion Merchandising(can you believe they had a degree for that...it's like second nature for a 19/20 year old).
5. I feel like I have the drive to be a middle aged tennis pro.

IF I HAD A MILLION DOLLARS....

After I pay my tithing I would make sure my family is taken care of and then take lots of really great trips to places I haven't been yet and then go to all the places I have been to and loved enough to go back.
