One other project we have going on is our boat makeover. This boat has been in Troy's family since 1990. His Dad bought it at the boat show the year we got married and sold it to us about 5 years ago. It is the best boat ever...we call her "old reliable".
4 Years ago on Memorial Day weekend Troy was taking it to North Salt Lake to have it summarized and a lady totally sideswiped him and plowed into the wheel well of the trailer, threw our boat onto the sidewalk and totaled the boat trailer. I really wish I had the pictures of the incident, but I don't know where they are. Troy was fine, but we were soo sad about the boat! In the end the boat was just fine and it actually worked out really good for us because the lady's insurance paid to get us a new and better trailer, and to have our boat totally gone through and any old or worn engine part replaced...it was like getting all new insides for the boat.
Now we get to have the upholstery and carpet redone...I'm soo excited to see how it turns out. I was a little nervous when the guy showed up to take everything out and back to his shop. We picked a new color scheme...instead of red, grey and blue....we are going with light grayish white, red and black. I will post the photos of the new insides once the guy comes to reinstall everything.

I am sorry about the crash incident but, it sounds like it all will work out for the better:) the new color scheme sounds really nice. What fun you guys will have this summer with it:)
