40 Things About Me

That's right I'm the big 40 today so here are 40 things about me:

1. I'm not sad turning 40
2. I wonder if I should be
3. I feel young
4. I wish I looked young
5. When I escorted my niece through the temple for her wedding...they called me her Mom...I was 17 when she was born!...what the heck?
6. I love my kids and hope they love me
7. I would like to be in better shape
8. I want to play in a tennis tournament
9. I would drop anything to take a fun trip with my family or friends
10. I would like to go to Italy, and cruise the Greek Islands of the Mediterranean
11. I want to visit England, France, Scotland and Sweden
12. I'm grateful for Troy...he is the BEST!
13. When I was in 6th grade I wanted to be an Archaeologist or Egyptologist
14. When I was in high school I thought I wanted to be a Lawyer
15. I still think about going back to school when the girls are older
16. I think I could "kick butt" in a courtroom
17. I also wanted to water ski professionally
18. I'm excited every time I can get pulled out of the water on a water ski
19. It bugs me when people are over dramatic
20. I wish we had horses to ride in our backyard that we could ride...but not take care of them
21. One day I want to have a second home on a lake with a boat dock
22. I am dependable
23. I was named after my grandmother Kjersten (Carrie) Jerusha Richardson
24. I bugs me when someone says they will do something and then let you down
25. I hate most excuses!....some are valid
26. I don't like whining
27. I want to instill good values in my kids
28. I don't do "flakey"
29. I hold people to a high standard
30. I'm often disappointed because of this
31. I don't think I have a favorite color it changes too much
32. I don't like crafts as much as I used to
33. I think I should get a scooter to conserve on gas
34. I love the Sun and everything about summer
35. Christmas is my favorite Holiday
36. I get depressed after Christmas and New Years are over
37. I think I have SAD (Seasonal Anxiety Disorder)...I use this as an excuse to go somewhere sunny in the winter
38. I yell really loud at my kids sporting events
39. I love to watch and eventually want to get on the Amazing Race
40. I love to hear Troy and Payton play the guitar together
