Today is my 19th Wedding Anniversary...I don't really know what to say except I can't believe I'm old enough to be married to someone for 19 years! I was 19 when we started dating...YIKES! 19 Thing I've learned about marriage over the years....
- I don't always have to be right...but I usually am
- Men can be trained...mine is almost perfect
- Affection can always win in negotiations
- I was lucky to marry Troy
- Marriage is a leap of faith
- Children will never make a marriage better if it's not good in the first place
- Sometimes you forget why you got married
- If you're lucky you are reminded frequently why you got married
- I'm very lucky
- I love that he is the last thing I see at night and the first thing I see in the morning
- Morning breath is a real groove buster
- Marriage gets better with time
- You learn to check the toilet seat before you sit down on it in the middle of the night
- No matter how long you've been married...leaving the seat up is never okay
- Taking out the garbage is always a "man" job
- Football isn't that bad after all
- Golf is really that bad though
- Compromise is necessary
- Being loved by your husband is the BEST!

I tell you what you guys are just having a ball of fun with birthdays and an anniversary. And yes football is actually fun to watch. Yes Golf is lame!!!! Taking out the garbage and dishes. Happy Anniversary I hope you have as great of a marriage as you guys do.
