Why is summer so short? It just seems like it barley started and already the back to school stuff is out in the stores. BTW....I refuse to school shop until the weather gets colder...really what's the point...they just wear their summer stuff for the first month anyway.
Off my soapbox now....the other night we enjoyed going to Lagoon with the girls.
(as usual the big kids were too cool to hang with Mom and Dad)
We got a $3 ice cream cone
Riley had a $2.75 Churro
We saw a show...(the show was free..unless you count what we paid for the season passes)
Rode on some rides
I really want summer to last a little longer!
(as long as the kids agree not to fight with each other...now that would be priceless)

summer seems so short this year- plus I don't buy school clothes, except for stull on clearance... until we need them- but TRENt needs new shoes badly- no one can trash a pair of tennis shoes like this kid!

This summer has been one of the fastest in history...i'm with you if all children could agree to get along i could take another month of it! i'm not ready for the school regiment to start...

I with you on the clothes. All my kids need shoes and first day outfit and that is all they are getting for now or until it gets cold!
