Payton has been diligently working on her Science Fair Project
I thought of the title...but that is all....this is all Payton's hard work.
Payton decided to monitor how much food and water her hamster eats and drinks regularly...then she took his exercise wheel away and monitored his food and water intake. As it turns out when the hamster was not exercising he did not drink as much water, but he at more food. Hmmm is this how it is for us? Payton has concluded that YES...we too must exercise daily so we drink enough water and control our appetite more.Do you agree?

I hate the science fair- I am science fair challenged. HOORAY for trent's awesome teacher who has made it not so bad...
i'm with patsy, hate hate hate the science fair - but this was a good idea.
and yes, i agree with payton, i eat too much. :)
